Zoomd Ltd. (“Zoomd” or “we”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from “Users” of our Services, including  visitors to our site located at www.zoomd.com, users of  our proprietary software made available on our website and/or from other sources (the “Software”), users of our application for mobile devices (the “Application”), as well as from the visitors of the websites on which our Software is installed..

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Services. You are advised to consult this policy regularly for any changes. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Zoomd Terms of Service, accessible at http://www.zoomd.com/t&c.html.

As used in this policy, the terms “using” and “processing” information include using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing and transferring information within our organization or among our affiliates within the United States or internationally.

Information Collection and Use

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, features and content, to administer your use of the Services and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Services.

Personally Identifiable Information.

When you create an “Account” by registering with us through the Services or when you choose to link third party accounts to your Account, we will ask you for personally identifiable information. Personal Information is information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity. Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, an individual’s name, phone number, email address and home and business postal addresses. Please note that you are not legally obligated to provide Zoomd with any information. However, your ability to use functionality provided by Zoomd will be limited if you do not provide the requested information.

We collect Personal Information in connection with your registration to join our Services via our website or Application or by logging into your account with certain third party social networking sites (“SNS”) (including, but not limited, to Facebook) via our Services. If you decide to register by logging into an SNS via our Services, we will obtain the Personal Information you have provided to the SNS (such as your “real” name, profile picture, email address and other information you make available via the applicable SNS) from the account you have with such SNS and use that information to create your Account; the information we obtain may depend on the privacy settings you have with the SNS. When you register via the website, we ask you to provide certain information, some of which is Personal Information, including your company’s name, the name of a contact person, email, and size of company.

Additionally, when our Software is installed on a User’s website, in order to provide the Services to the User’s website, we will collect the following information:

(a) We collect, store and index the content of the User’s website as well as any other information or content provided to Zoomd, including by the administrator of the website entering data into the administrator dashboard. Zoomd may use third party services in any jurisdiction to collect, store and index all such content and information;

(b) We may collect Personal Information from a User’s website’s end-users when the end-users use the Services in order to contact third parties, including their names, phone number and email. We do not access the content of their messages.

(c) We may collect Usage Data as a result of the implementation of the Software on the User’s website. “Usage Data” is defined as non-personally identifiable behavioral usage and statistical data generated by the online activities of visitors to a website.

When you use the Services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device id, software version, browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Services, pages of our Services that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Services, access times and dates, and other statistics.

We collect any information you provide when you contact us for any reason.


The Services use Google Maps. By using the Services you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Use, which you can read at https://developers.google.com/maps/terms.

How We Use Information

We will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth herein. We may use Personal Information and other information internally – for example, to provide you with purchased goods and services, to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to make the Services more useful for you and for our other customers.

We use Personal Information (in some cases, in conjunction with your non-identifying information) mainly to provide the Services, complete your transactions, and administer your inquiries.

We use information collected from a User’s website and/or provided by a User for use on the User’s website, including Personal Information and including Usage Data, in order to provide the User with the Services, provide the User’s website visitors and/or end-users with promoted results, advertisements and banners and to provide the User with analytics and reports.

If you downloaded our Software from the Wix website and/or Apps market, we may share your Personal Information, as well as that of your end-users and/or website visitors with Wix. Please review the Wix Terms and Conditions as well as their Privacy Policy in order to understand what Wix does with your Personal Information.

Some of the web search services provided herein are provided by Trovi Search and powered by Trovi search partners. For information on the web search services data collection, please visit http://info.trovi.com/Privacy, and the search provider's privacy policy, as applicable.

We use Log Data to monitor and analyze use of the Services and for the Services’ technical administration, to increase our Services’ functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to our visitors’ needs. We also use this information to verify that visitors to the Services meet the criteria required to process their requests.

In addition, by analyzing all information, including Log Data and Usage Data, we receive, we may compile statistical information across a variety of users (“Statistical Information”).Statistical Information helps us understand trends and customer needs so that new products and services can be considered and so existing products and services can be tailored to customer desires. We may share Statistical Information with our partners, pursuant to commercial terms that we determine in our sole discretion. In addition, we may provide any information to third parties, so long as we have removed any information that identifies any particular individual or User, such as a name, address or contact information.  We also use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about the use of our website and/or the Services. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this website. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our website and Services. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use located at  http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html and the Google Privacy Policy located at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.


Zoomd is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ reasonable physical, technological, and administrative security measures and attempt to ensure they are applicable under the circumstances. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored “personal data” (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on our website or via the Services in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.


Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to Zoomd. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your login information, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. Like many websites, we use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies for two purposes. First, we utilize cookies to save your login information for future logins to the Services. Second, we utilize session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Services, to better understand how you interact with the Services and to monitor aggregate usage by Zoomd Users and web traffic routing on the Services. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions or functionality of the Services.

Web Beacons

We may use “web beacons,” “pixel tags,” “clear GIFs” or similar means (individually or collectively “Web Beacons”) on our Services. A Web Beacon is an electronic image, often a single pixel, embedded on web pages. Web Beacons are ordinarily not visible to Users. Web Beacons allow us to count the number of Users who have visited certain pages of the Services, to deliver branded services and to generate statistics about how our Services are used.

Information Sharing and Disclosure Contact Sharing. Zoomd will share Contact Information (which may include Personal Information) with third parties only when you choose to share such Contact Information via the Services, and in accordance with the selections that you make via the Services. You must have all rights and permissions necessary to share any Contact Information via the Services. You represent and warrant that no third party has objected to your sharing of such Contact Information. If any third party does object to your sharing of such Contact Information through the Services, you will promptly contact Zoomd to remove such Contact Information.

Other Uses or Transfer of your Information.

We use third party payment providers to provide payment services on the Services. We are not affiliated with, and do not have any responsibility for the privacy practices of such third party payment services. Please review independently the privacy policies of such third party payment providers.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services, to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform Services-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processers, email or phone call service providers and improvement of Services’ features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. These third parties have access to Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may share your Personal Information with business partners with whom we may jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services may be offered on our Services. You can tell when a third party is involved in a product or service because their name will appear, either alone or with ours. If you choose to use these products or services, we may share information about you, including your Personal Information, with those partners. Please note that we do not control the privacy practices of these third party business partners. If you wish to no longer allow that third party to use your information, please contact that third party directly.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Zoomd cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Zoomd or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

Business Transfers. Zoomd may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

Your information may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Third Party Sites

Our Services may contain links to other websites. If you choose to visit a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s website. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. Other websites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.


The Services are not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 14. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@zoomd.com. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.

Changing or Deleting Your Information

You may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided during registration to use the Services by contacting us. If you completely delete all information provided during registration, then your Account may become deactivated. If you would like us to delete your Account in our system, please contact us at support@zoomd.com with a request that we delete your Personal Information from our database. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, in order to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements or for legitimate business purposes. Zoomd may also delete all Usage Data upon the conclusion of any subscription. Personal Information and Usage Data cannot be recovered after deletion.


We may send you email and other messages, including newsletters, about us or our products and services. By accepting the Terms of Service for the Services (including the terms of this Privacy Policy which are incorporated therein) or using the Services, you affirmatively consent to receive such commercial messages.  As a registered User, you can remove your personal information from our mailing list and stop receiving future communication from us by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us at unsubscribe@zoomd.com. You will also be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from commercial messages in any such email we send.  Please note that we reserve the right to send you service related communications, including service announcements and administrative messages, relating either to your Account or to your transactions on this site, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them unless you cancel your Account.
